Garden Office Rooms are perfect as an Art or Music Studio

Posted by admin
Music Studio

Garden office rooms have always been a popular choice but it’s only in recent years that they have become truly affordable. What this means is that more folks than ever are buying them in prefabricated form, and finding increasingly more new uses for them.

For an art studio these unattached buildings offer all that one needs to blossom up into a professional artist, if one isn’t already. Now of course there is the ambiance that comes with a garden setting that’s fully conducive to creative thinking, but it’s much more than that.

You see art can get messy at times and for this reason a busy artist quite often needs extra space. Spray painting or ceramics for instance are both real messy so what better place than a garden office. Not in the office itself you see, but rather outdoors.

Moving messy work from inside the home to an outdoor venue where splatters and over-spray just don’t matter can be a bit tricky. However, with a garden office all one has to do is simply step outside with their messy projects, and there’s no more problems.

Spray and splatter away and when you’re finished simply bring the piece back inside to dry. That is one of the biggest benefits of a separate outbuilding for art. It just gives you a lot more room to operate in, and offers the perfect solution for messy work that would be a problem in a home.

Musicality in a Garden Studio

Music Studio

Decorated Shed offer garden studios that can be used for a number of purposes, which can be reserved for favourite past times or personal time away from the main house and outside pressures. Making the short trip across the garden lawn and into a studio, where nature seems to shield you from the stress of the day and provide a haven in which to relax and be yourself.

Music is a key way to relax, as lyrics work to transport you from the daily grind and into another world full of emotion. Music can also enhance mood, so feelings of elation can be heightened, love deepened or even feelings of melancholy extended. Music can be a way of accessing and facing up to emotions. It can also be a way to de-stress, as frustrations are dissipated with drum beats or reverberating guitar strings.

Dedicating a garden studio to the creation and enjoyment of music seems to be a good use of the space. Set away from the main house, it offers the soundproofing elements of the garden, so that a drum kit, guitar or piano can be practised without disturbing people in the main house, who may want to watch television or listen to music of their own.

A garden studio offers privacy with security. Teenagers can lead their friends to a garden studio, while also presenting a certain kudos that comes with having your own music studio space. A band can practice as loudly as they want in a friendly space. Musical creativity can blossom in the studio, as melody and musical notes thrive in a space dedicated to their conception.

Building a Garden Studio

Posted by admin

Sometimes our home just doesn’t seem big enough especially if we have kids and a pet and we have collected many books and other things around the years. So what can we do when our home just seems too crammed?

The answer couldn’t be simpler: a garden studio. This ensemble is the perfect choice if you need a space for all your books or your paperwork for example. There is a great variety of choices of things that you can do with this garden studio. From a garden office for your home based business to a pool house. The size and shape of the studio depends on your needs and the space that you have available.

So how can we build such a studio? You should pay a builder to lay the foundation of your studio and after this has dried you can start your work. There are garden studios that can be put together single- handedly and they also come with the necessary instructions so there is no need to worry.

You can choose to paint your studio whatever color you want. Putting everything together may last one week or so. You will also need some isolate your office and maybe install some under the floor heating. If this is just too much for you then you could just to buy a heater for the cold winter days.

Savage Garden Affirmation Pop Music CD Review

Posted by admin

Affirmation is the latest Pop CD released by the extremely group Savage Garden and they have once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks. I’m confident Savage Garden fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one.

Refreshingly, this was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

The nice thing about a CD like this is when the talent is this rich even if Pop isn’t your favorite style you still can’t help but appreciate the greatness of the musicians.

Overall Affirmation is excellent from beginning to end. One of those CDs that after a few listens the songs are just etched into your memory. A must have for the Pop fan. Really spectacular from beginning to end.

While this entire album is really very good the truly standout tunes are track 3 – I Knew I Loved You, track 9 – Two Beds And A Coffee Machine, and track 12 – I Don’t Know You Anymore.

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Affirmation. What a nice track!

Affirmation Release Notes:

Savage Garden originally released Affirmation on November 9, 1999 on the Columbia label.
