first of all this stand has a great price and its a boom stand and a straight stand. also its adjustable to any preference. if you like straight stands too the arm retracts into the telescoping part thing. overall pretty dang sweet.

I just wanted to expand my practice kit and was looking for the lowest possible price. I am delighted to report that these super-versatile stands are totally sturdy and road-worthy!
They have plenty of adjustments available to make them work with any drumset, but their real trump card in the versatility department is that the boom arm can be retracted into the shaft, and then you can use it as a straight stand! So, two configurations for the price of one.
